General Features
- Each of the two spindles has one ring.
- The machine can perform both Z and S twists simultaneously, provided the line speed is constant.
- It can wind onto 3 different types of bobbins.
- It can produce in the winding types listed below.
- The machine is controlled by a PLC control panel.
- The rings can be automatically lubricated at desired intervals via the PLC screen.
- The upward and downward movement speed of the rings can be adjusted via the PLC screen.
- Rubber pressure rollers are controlled by pneumatic cylinders. When the machine starts, yarn movement is automatically initiated.
- The start time for the pressure rubbers to begin pulling the yarn can be set via the PLC screen.
- To prevent wear on a single point of the rubber pressure rollers, the yarn is moved left and right by a motor. This prevents wear on the rubber rollers.
- Meter counting is done via the stepping shaft. Yarn meter counting is not performed on each motor individually.
- When the desired meterage of twist is completed, the rings automatically return to the start position.
- In case of unintentional ring movement, the system automatically stops via switches to prevent damage.
- There is a wire-type emergency stop switch to prevent any work accidents with the pressure rollers.
