The Cirmantech YM412 is a powerhouse designed for the production of the thickest and most durable
ropes. With its PLC-controlled three motors and hydraulically supported robust structure, it
produces heavy-duty ropes continuously and with high efficiency. An unrivaled solution for every
application requiring power and durability.
- Powerful and Synchronized Production: 3 motors work in perfect
synchronization with PLC control equipment, providing consistent twist and high production
speed even in the thickest ropes.
- Heavy-Duty Capacity: Works seamlessly with various materials such as
polypropylene, polyester, and natural fibers in a wide diameter range from Ø4mm to Ø16mm.
- Efficient and Practical Winding: The direct reel winding feature allows the
produced rope to be removed from the machine easily and quickly, shortening downtime and
speeding up workflow.
- Operator Safety and Convenience: Fully enclosed cabin design, interior
lighting, and cover sensors that provide automatic stopping in case of any work accident
offer both a safe and comfortable working environment.
General Features
- 3 motors are used in the machine.

- Each strand can use 6 untwisted yarns drawn from extruders or twisted yarns.
- Machine folding section winding equipment works with hydraulic support.
- Suitable twist gears are available for production.
- The machine can operate the folding section independently when desired.
- Machine has direct reel winding. When production of the desired meters is complete, it is
tied on the machine and prepared for new production.
- Rope winding order is easily adjustable with mechanical traverse (Uhing).
- Polypropylene, polyethylene, polyester, and natural yarns can be converted to rope in the
machine. Feed speed helps adjust the desired feed twist density via PLC screen.
- Machine has an enclosed cabin.
- Lighting is available inside the machine.
- Machine consists of 2 separate groups.
- Machine covers are controlled for automatic stopping in case of any work accident.
